eSOON got ISO 9000 Certification on Aug.25,2005

The quality management system of eSOON has been approved by Lloyd's register quality assurance 25th Aug 2005; meanwhile, the certificate of approval ISO9001 Quality Management System has been issued.

Under the direct lead of eSOON president Anna and the great cooperation of related department managers, the part-time internal auditors have standardized such quality activities as development of product, execution of project, consulting service, sales, human resources and stock control depending on the ISO9001 standards commencing from learning of those standards and files edition since February 2005. At last they established the documentary quality management system in eSOON realized by the edition of Quality Manual, 14 Program Files, 17 Operation Criterion and 79 Quality Record. Since on, each department in eSOON standardized their workflow based on the rules prescribed in the files of quality management system, and the quality control in the business activities has got obvious progress.

As the description in the approval report of Lloyd:" The quality management system of eSOON is still at the beginning, great improvement and scope still exist. In terms of the goal and indexes establishment on quality management in a company, the combination of operation guideline and long-term destination should be really considered, then divided for every process and department so as to make the management system be measured, analyzed and improved effectively."

So the approval of ISO9001 quality management system is only one step for eSOON in the way to standardize their management and enhance quality control. The capability of eSOON to satisfy customers will be stronger as the continuous improvement on each quality activity; meanwhile, the quality of products and services provided by eSOON will be the best in the future.
