eSOON & Genesys 'G-Force China 2006' Annual Call Center Professional Seminar

eSOON & Genesys will cooperate again to hold the “G-Force China 2006”annual call center proseminar in Beijing at 21-23rd August 2006. Currently, G-Force has gained great amount of attendees, won the supports from customers and partners based on its world-leading CRM concept, becoming the annual grand conference in call center industry.

G-Force is the name of users conference registered by Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories in America.
